These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the software products and services (collectively, the "Services") offered by Srimatadevi Systems LLP, operating under the brand Para Systems AI ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Srimatadevi Systems LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in India (LLPIN: ACY-2571), with its registered office at 3rd Floor, MVR Estates, Road No. 13, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad – 500034, India.

2. Our Services

We offer a portfolio of AI-powered SaaS products for Indian and global businesses, including but not limited to compliance management, governance, audit, privacy, ethics, and marketplace profitability intelligence tools. Each product may have its own specific features, pricing, and usage terms, which supplement these general Terms.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be authorised to act on behalf of the business or organisation you represent when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering for and using our Services.

4. Subscriptions, Trials, and Fees

  • Certain Services are offered on a free trial basis (e.g. a 30-day trial), after which continued use requires a paid subscription.
  • Subscription fees, billing cycles, and applicable taxes are as displayed at the time of purchase for each Service.
  • Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or as otherwise specified) unless cancelled prior to renewal.
  • Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services, other users' data, or our systems;
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our Services, except as permitted by law;
  • Use the Services to transmit malicious code or interfere with the proper functioning of the Services;
  • Misrepresent your identity or authority in connecting third-party accounts (e.g. marketplace seller accounts) to our Services.

6. Data and Third-Party Connections

Where a Service allows you to connect a third-party account (e.g. a marketplace seller account or payment gateway), you represent that you are authorised to grant such access. Our handling of data obtained through such connections is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, trademarks, and content associated with the Services are the property of Srimatadevi Systems LLP or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Services; you receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services in accordance with your subscription.

8. Confidentiality

Business and financial data you submit to the Services is treated as confidential and is used solely to provide the Services to you, subject to our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Outputs generated by AI-assisted features (including compliance, audit, or governance recommendations) are intended to assist human decision-making and do not constitute professional legal, tax, financial, or compliance advice. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving all outputs before relying on or acting upon them, consistent with our operating principle that AI recommends and the founder/authorised user decides.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Srimatadevi Systems LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with the cancellation process described for the relevant Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
